Our blinds will not stay open without being secured by a peg. When they are opened, they quickly close again.

Need help sorting out the storage in my garage for scooters and kids bikes. Have drawn up a picture of what I have in mind. Task involves installing scooter racks, bike rakes and storage shelf’s. I would need help to move a kids gymnastic bar from the kid bedroom to the garage. Will need to dismantle it and put it together in the garage. Will require 30-40 mins . The gymnastics bar was dismantled easily before , only need to unscrew some screws and came apart easily .

The roller shutter crank box at my apartment is broken, it’s cracked and it has jammed. The roller shutter still opens when you pull the strap by hand so it’s not a jammed shutter. The box needs replacing

Walk in robe shelf is about to fall down. Require some brackets to be installed to support the shelf.

The door closer on the entry door to the property became jammed, and the tenant removed the screws in order to close the door. The closer is now hanging and requires assessment. I'm looking to have the unit inspected, determine whether it can be reinstalled/fixed or if replacement is necessary, and complete the required work. Please bring tools. Budget is flexible depending on work required. If replacement is needed I will reimburse for the purchase of a new one from Bunnings etc alongside labour costs.

Roller Blind Chain fell off, need to put a new one on. Have purchased the new Roller blind Kit to be put on. Would also love if someone is able to hang some art work x2, drill a hole in wall and wire one picture! Thanks

Require assistance from a handyman for a few jobs around the house Pictures included Job 1: install white floating shelf on wall (brick with gyprock wall) Job 2: install doors (and handles) on ikea pax wardrobe, and fix it to the wall (requires removal and re application of scotia trim on the floors, walls are concrete covered brick) Job 3: attach wooden tabletop as shown - it will be ontop of the smaller cabinet and will be floating attachment to the ikea pax wardrobe (will require some kind of wooden support attached to the outside of the pax wardrobe) Job 3: align all cabinets appropriately and fix dryer cabinet to the wall and cut hole in cabinet to allow for the cable to come through the top to be plugged in. Job 4: cover the gap between the dryer cabinet and existing built in cabinet - ideally with some kind of makeshift wood cut to size that I can paint over Job 5: I can provide additional photos - replacing 4 original 1940’s cabinet doors with new hinges I have purchased. Old ones have rusted. Each cabinet door has 2 hinges. Flexible on timing - happy to work out a time that’s good for us both. Thanks :)
