Two ceiling fans/lights installed in bedrooms One room already has a ceiling fan but no light so wanted to put one in . Second room only has a light no fan.

I purchased an aluminium entry gate which I have assembled and need it to be installed into masonary walls which have existing drill holes from previous gate posts. It will include installation of supplied hinges and posts and the lock/handle etc. New fixings for the posts can be provided or paid for once requirements are confirmed. Existing gate has been removed.

A bracket needs to be screwed onto the bathroom gyprock wall to mount an element strip wall heater. Screws are in the box included. No electrical work needed just uses 240v plug

Remove existing back door so it can be installed again at later date. Replace with second hand door that has been modified to have a dog door for a large dog, would like to be able to stop access to dog door when needed. Will require hardware and lock with key. Hi, I have some lengths of blackbutt, 35 mm thick which i need cut to size and installed as floating shelves in kitchen and laundry toilet. Toilet needs one shelf cut to 88.5 cm, kitchen cabinet needs 2 x shelves cut to 59.5 cm and above kitchen sink needs 2 x 80 cm. Job will require supply of floating brackets etc, timber is supplied. Studs are already located for above kitchen sink, toilet shelf requires stud location.

Need a broken tile replaced and the one that came loose repaired

I have painted internally throughout but am unable to access the walls and window frames in the stairwell and upstairs landing due to height and access issues. I require an experienced and efficient painter to finish the job using suitable equipment e.g. ladders or mini scaffold. Height of top of window frame from floor on top landing is approx. 4 m. Painting of ceilings not required. Cost of paints covered separately as agreed.
