Our property manager recently noted moisture damage on the lower left wall of the open-plan living area — it appears to have worsened over time. Looking for a tradesperson experienced in leak detection and wall repair to: 1. Identify and fix the source of the moisture (possible minor plumbing or external water ingress). 2. Repair and repaint the affected section of wall once it’s dry. This is a single small section of internal wall.

The outdoor shed door detached during a recent storm. The damaged door is 273cm X 73cm and has a protector series lock. The work order involves installing the lock and handle (existing) into a new door (supplied) and then mounting it. Disposing of the old door and repainting is not required.

1. My limestone pavement next to the gas waterheater was "cut out" for the plumber to have access to the leaking water pipe buried underground. This created a rectangular opening (16.5 cm x 29 cm) that needs to be either filled back or covered with an openable slab of similar colour to match the pavement. 2. The access panel near the waterheater was broken at the base. To repair or replace with the same colour panel (47cm x 55 cm).

Hi, I need someone to help install three mirror cabinets (Attica 900*600mm oak arch shaving cabinet, bought from bunnings) on the Porcelain tile wall in two of my bathrooms (two in main master bathroom, one in guest bathroom) and install two mirrors (600*400mm) on the normal wall in two of my powder rooms. Ideally this Friday 23 May. Budget is flexible. Hang two mirrors on walls. One of them is very large (floor to ceiling) and needs to be very secure as we have an active toddler. Assemble and attach two bike racks to the wall.
