Looking for a professional blind repairer who can provide an invoice as this is for a rental property. 3 blinds needing repair work as described below by a blind company who can only replace with new ones. 1. The Lounge window controls are not working, not allowing the Venetian blades to be tilted to let light in. 2. The Kitchen window blind is not going Up or Down anymore. 3. The Bedroom roller blind is just perishing and is not operating properly. They have quoted $875 to replace them completely but Im these can be repaired instead. Looking for someone who can do that for all 3 or advise otherwise. Pics attached.
