We have had a carport removed and part of the timber frame was attached to a rendered wall. The rendering requires repairing (see attached photos) and the two walls painted.The work needs to be completed by 9th February before the carport is installed.

The laminate on some of our kitchen cupboards has come off. I've patched it before using pieces of laminate taken from behind the microwave to ensure the same colour and pattern. However, the patching has come off again. There is still some laminate behind the microwave which can be taken and then re-stuck on to the missing places. There are about 6 places that need to be patched. The patching should be sturdy and long-lasting. See photos below of two places with laminate missing. We don't want to relaminate the whole kitchen.

I have some cracked tiles in the kitchen where there’s been some movement in the floor. I’m looking to try and see if I can reduce the sharp edges or smooth it out a bit. I know replacing the tiles would be best, but I don’t have spares and not really looking to do that at this time. So I was thinking of a couple of options: 1 - Just some silicone or something similar in the cracks and kind of smooth it out a bit. Either clear or terracotta colour. Or 2 - Remove the broken pieces, prepare them, reattach them with some adhesive but build it up a bit so that there is no sharp edges and then fill it in with some silicone/filler/etc - again either clear or terracotta. Or 3 - something else. Don’t really mind if it doesn’t look perfect - it’s just to sort of make it less sharp and less of a problem. I have some coloured grout and tile adhesive in bottles, but you’d need to supply anything else (silicone or etc or other tools). Needs to be done before Friday and in Narrabundah. I’ve put a budget in but I guess it depends what you do as to whether that’s too high or too low - so please price according to what you think is the best option. Thanks

I have assembled the home gym but something is wrong. Need someone to figure it out and reassemble

Wood has swelled and gate latch needs to be forcibly shut. Looking for repair or replacement of latch so that the gate will shut easily and has the ability to be locked as needed. Any parts needed will be purchased by me.
