I need ceiling patch repairs sanded and painted after replacing light fittings with ceiling fans. I have already done the patching. The work is for a few spots across 3 bedrooms plus the living and dining areas. All ceilings are standard height. I need the patched areas sanded smooth, light marks or paint damage fixed, the existing flat white ceiling paint matched as closely as possible, and the finished repairs left neat and as invisible as practical.

Need a handyman to fix a mirror on the entryway wall. Approx. mirror dimension: 160cm x 75cm. Need to bring the tools to find the points to drill, appropriate heavy-duty fittings to securely attach the mirror. The mirror is slightly heavy, but I can give a hand with lifting and holding it in place. The mirror has be mounted in the horizontal position.
