Need to fix flyscreen door for alfresco wheels have dropped off.

Purchased everfit lifespan treadmill from marketplace. Mat was sticking when walking, have added treadmill lubricant. Now mat is not rolling with belt when weight on it. Mat is also moving to far sides and cannot get tension correct. Keep adjusting base bolts as advised but can’t find magic point. Is it fixable? Have let run for 20 mins to get rid of excess lubricant but mat still won’t roll with person standing on it. Just sliding on roller as it turns. If not fixable I will get rid of it . Purchased for mum for rehab after surgery.
