Re attach shelf to plaster wall

Hi, downpipe in front of the house is leaking water during heavy rains. Video attached. Need to remove blockage.

The roller blind chain drive is broken by my tenant. It needs to be fixed. There were some gear/chain seats on the chain drive so that the ball chain could sit on the seat when pulling the blind. But my tenant used the force to broken almost all the chain seats.

Need new baby seat to install to car

One of the kitchen drawers cannot be open/ close by one push, remaining half open. They are all push to open/ close type. The following items need to be fixed: 1- 1 x tv Cabinet drawer does not close. 2- 1 x Kitchen Draw that will not close. There was 1 opposite that had the faulty slider but it seems to be working for now. However, please check it. 3- End of the TV cabinet needs gluing on it. See photos.
