Seeking quote on below jobs (approximately 8-9 hours work based on similar tasks being completed by our previous handyman) + time to collect any supplies/items from Bunnings. Can email full list with photos on request. Please quote including materials. 1) Tighten door handle: Door handle in Room 9 is loose and needs tightening. (15min) 2) Fix toilet door latch/closure: Left toilet door in family bathroom will only shut when locked; needs adjustment so it closes properly without locking. (30min) 3) Relocate fire extinguisher: Move fire extinguisher currently mounted above the new desk in the upstairs kitchen.Re-mount on the wall to the right or near the stove (handyman to advise best position). (15min) 4) Cover small wall hole in brick wall (same as job 5 below)– Room 5 Patch hole next to power point in Room 5. (15min) 5) Cover wall opening – Room 6 Cover an existing hole/opening in Room 6. Previously covered with a piece of plastic; any similar neat solution is acceptable. (15min) 6) Supply & install roller blinds in recording room: double window above desks. Off-the-shelf solution from Bunnings or Spotlight is fine. (2 hours + purchase time) 8) Lubricate doors: WD-40 / lubricate all doors on site as they are squeaky. (30min) 9) Install soundproofing panels Collect from Bunnings and install acoustic/soundproofing panels with liquid nails on both sides of the shared wall between Room 2 and the small workspace next door (photos can be provided) (3 hours) 10) Assemble desk: Build new flat pack desk. (1 hour)

Hi, downpipe in front of the house is leaking water during heavy rains. Video attached. Need to remove blockage.

The roller blind chain drive is broken by my tenant. It needs to be fixed. There were some gear/chain seats on the chain drive so that the ball chain could sit on the seat when pulling the blind. But my tenant used the force to broken almost all the chain seats.
