Find an experienced handyman in Maroochydore

We have a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment on the river. The apartment is aging and we are moving out in November and wish to get a few tasks done before we leave. 1. The Sliding Porch Fly Screen door keeps popping off. 2. At least 2-3 door handles and hinges are broken or need replacements refitted. We do have the door that came off. 3. The Railing metal rod in my daughter’s bedroom cupboards has snapped and needs replacement and installed. 4. Our bathroom En Suite wooden door is trapped and we can’t get it out. 5. The Master Bedroom Door is coming off the hinges 6. The Handle to our bedroom glass door that leads outside is broken and needs replacement and installation. 7. I’m sure there’s 1 I’m forgetting.

Need a chippy or builder to install some fixtures from ceiling tomorrow (Thursday) around midday for 3 hours. Could be four. Ongoing work opportunities for business. Please quote three hours

2 small kaboodle kitchens to be built. Both the same but mirror image of eachother. Includes building cabinets, fixing cabinets to wall, installing benchtop, installing stainless steel sink and finish kickboards. All of the kitchen material is on site and ready to go. Builder to use their own tools. Quote is for both kitchens. Job is ready to start asap.

Just need this bidet safely removing and a new soft close loo seat installing. A little tricky maybe because of access to the seat fixings. I have the installation instructions for the bidet. Happy to pay separately for the new loo seat.

Job Title: Finish Kitchen Installation – Caboodle (Bunnings) | Kickboards, Panels, Washing Machine Fit, Benchtop Description: Looking for an experienced and reliable installer to help finish off a partially completed Caboodle kitchen from Bunnings. The previous installer left the job half done, so I need someone confident and capable to see it through to completion. What needs to be done: • Fit and install kickboards/skirting along the base of the kitchen • Install cupboard and drawer fronts (including handles) • Cut a hole in a cupboard for washing machine hoses to run to the hot water system • Lift and place washing machine onto a base cupboard (with help) • Finish cupboard unit for the washing machine, including fitting doors • Glue/seal sink to benchtop (elasticised sealant or similar) • Install second benchtop once it arrives (coming from Bunnings) • Optionally: cut a few tiles – this may already be handled by a plasterer, but if you’re happy to include it, that’s a bonus • Vacuum and clean under existing cabinetry – access is available I’ll be on site the whole time to assist as needed and provide context. Happy to provide photos upon request or once you accept the task.

We have a remote ceiling fan that won't turn off. High speeds work fine but low sounds funny and off will just keep it slowly spinning but with a low humming noise. I am assuming the speed controller is maybe fried. We would like someone to disconnect it (we can only currently turn it off but flipping off the lights circuit), terminate the wires correctly and screw the fan back in. We will then select new fans for the apartment and have them installed at a later date.

Two locks have given way on a roof panel. They need repairing please
