Securing the acrylic sheets AND a layer of rigid mesh flat against the vertical fence slats (using appropriate wafer-head self-tapping screws or heavy-duty ties). Attaching artificial plant tiles over the mesh using black UV-stabilised zip ties. Scope of Work (5 Panel Areas Total): 3 sections (approx. 1600mm x 1600mm): Require 3mm acrylic sheet installed first, followed by the mesh backing, and finished with the artificial plant tiles. 2 sections (approx. 900mm x 1650mm): Require 3mm acrylic sheet installation only (no mesh or artificial plant tiles needed here). Important Details: You must have experience handling/cutting acrylic plastic sheets without cracking them (appropriate plastic drill bits/blades required). Must bring your own professional tools (clamps, drill, drivers, and plastic cutting tools). The finished product needs to look neat, flat, and perfectly aligned. Damage I believe caused by demolition equipment used to renovate upstairs balcony.

Inspect a water stain on the master bedroom ceiling and advise whether it appears to require further investigation for a possible leak. Inspect several loose power points and advise whether they can be securely refixed or if they require a licensed electrician to complete the work.

Replace top of door sliders spacers on both security and glass doors

The curtain has come off the track on one side. The hook/glider seems to have come loose, so the curtain is hanging down. I've attached a photo. Could someone please repair or reattach it? Thank you.
