Electric window roller shutter isn’t opening. Sounds like the motor might have died. I have no idea what this will cost so please don’t be deterred by the $300 budget if it’s totally unrealistic. I just moved into the property two days ago and know nothing about electric roller shutters.

Remove old Hills hoist clothes line and replace with newly purchased Hills hoist clothes line. We have been able to undo the locking cap but cannot get the clothes line out of the hole. Tried WD40, detergent and hot water but still it won’t budge, we just don’t have the strength to get it out.

Current curtain rails were installed one inch too low. I need them moved up, as close to the cornice as possible. There are 2 rails, approximately 1.3 metres each. Each is secure by 4 brackets inclusive of both ends. So you will need to drill 8 holes. Measurements are pretty much done just drill directly above current holes. You will need to bring drill suitable for brick walls, and supply wall anchors. Cleaning drill dust is a must. Thank you.
