Then, we can head over to a new place, which is just a 20-minute drive away and reinstall it .its a quicky work for an experienced individual.

We would like to get serviced our heater and water boiler tank They are gas-powered. It's a ducted system underneath the house, and I am not sure it's working well. With the water heater, the hot water temperature isn't like it used to be. Job2; I have a water tank; I want to connect a water pump and pump the stored water to the toilet to use as wastewater. Job3; one of the copper pipes was broken in the yard, and I have blocked the damaged part (it was for a tap to irrigate the yard) I want to fix the copper pipe to attach a tap. 1. The front wooden door has been getting stuck in the doorframe when opening and closing, likely due to house movement. I would like this to be fixed so the door can open in one smooth motion. 2. There is a narrow metal gate leading from the driveway to the backyard. The gate is attached to the garage which is also made of metal. The gate door has a single padbolt lock. The padbolt is stuck and can't be opened. I would like the gate to be fixed so it can open and close. 3. The gutters need to be cleaned on a section of the roof at the front of the house near the verandah. There's a fascia there which makes it difficult to clean on a ladder; it needs to be done from the roof. After the gutters have been cleaned, I would like flashing waterproof tape to be applied (which I already have, so no need to purchase) to cover the gaps causing water leaks between the gutters and undercover area on verandah. 4. I have some manual rollershutters that are mostly working fine, but a couple of them stop at a certain point and can’t close completely. They can still be wound up and down, but as mentioned, they stop about 3/4 of the way. I would like them to be fixed so they can close completely with ease. - Due date: Flexible
