Hi everyone! We are renting a property in Hahndorf. A few weeks ago my teenage son decided to take his anger out on his bedroom wall. There is a hole in the wall (fist size) & another hole from the door being slammed open (the door knob has gone through the wall also). Sash window stuck open cant close it

Door handle on double door to outside has come away from the door and needs repair or repacement. Also 4 x indoor door are not working properly and need to be repaaired or replaced. See pics attached
