Need a narrow garden shed (Easyshed brand) built down the side of house on a paver foundation. Shed is 3m by 0.78m with slider door and foundation has a bit of a slope so may need some propping up on one side

The chain has come off my roller blind and needs to be refitted. It seems that the chain can be reconnected, but the blind may need to be removed to reinstall it properly. Looking for someone with experience repairing roller blinds. Please bring any tools required.

Need crack/small hole patched properly not with patch and paint kit stuck on. Ceiling crack due to water leak which will have been rectified. Approx 20cm crack with hole. Plaster glass ceiling.

I have 7 s track blinds to hang and 1 curtain rod. They will be hung high up near the roof. There’s every chance one may be a few mm too long, ideally you have something to trim it to fit. I also have 3 pictures I need hooks/nails drilled in to hang them. I have windows being cleaned in the am, I’m awaiting time they will be finished but I gather any time from lunch should be OK. Can confirm once I know.

Stirrups have been concreted in and are set. Scope of work: 1. Install timber posts; - Bolt and secure posts into existing galvanised stirrups 2. Install screening mesh; - Fix 3 sheets of rio mesh between posts for neighbour screening 3. Install shade sail; - Attach sail to posts on west facing side - Attach sail to house on east facing side (wall fixings) - Install all brackets/hardware as required 4. Tensioning & finish - Properly tension shade sail - Ensure correct fall/slope for water runoff - Final check of all fixings and alignment Requirements: Experience installing shade sails or similar tension structures. Own tools required (drill, angle grinder, ladder, etc.) Ability to ensure strong, durable fixings into both timber posts and wall. Attention to detail — clean, neat finish expected Notes: Posts are already positioned and fixed via stirrups, so no digging/cement required. Flexible on timing but would prefer completion soon. I will be on site to provide a second set of hands if need. Happy to answer any questions or provide more photos of the setup.

I’m looking for an experienced and careful handyman to help seal small gaps in ceiling bulkheads. There are approximately 6–10 small openings along the bulkhead edges in the kitchen, living area and entry. These gaps are not visible from below, so a cosmetic finish is not required. I just want them properly sealed to prevent dust, airflow and insects. No electrical work, no ducting work is required. Wiring and equipment must not be touched. I’m looking for someone reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented rather than rushed work. Some gaps are larger (up to approx. 20cm), but all are in non-visible areas inside bulkheads.

Install a ceiling fan in upstairs bedroom. There is no existing fan.
