Electric window shutter is acting funny, I think it’s an electrical issue.

We've done a bathroom renovation and the floor tiles are slightly higher so the existing door needs to be planed to shorten. Hinges and everything are still in place, just needs to be rehung once shortened. There is also a timber threshold strip that needs to be resecured over the new tiles and existing floorboards.
