Hello, I'm hoping to get assistance and quotes for the complete repair of the wooden sub-structure for the laundry room at my parents property. Both are elderly and unfortunately due to a water leak significant water leakage occurred causing damage to the laundry through the tiles causing wood rot. The entire floor for the laundry will need to be rebuilt and retiled, with waterproofing installed. I've attached two photos and can provide the insurance report detailing the damage as necessary. UPDATE - Also been advised by my parents that there is asbestos sheeting that has fallen through the flooring and also will need removal.
