I need a few small repairs done in the house. It should be simple jobs for someone handy. 1. Broken fly screen 2. Cloth line screws missing/broken. I tried to install it but the hole didn’t fit? 3. Door lock screws missing/broken I can pay extra for the material per receipt if any replacement is needed.

Three Billy bookcases need to be affixed to the wall. They have already been assembled. You will need a stud finder and drill. IKEA have provided the brackets. Note that the bookshelves are not flush to the wall as my floor has a wooden strip preventing it. Also, someone has already screwed in 6 wall brackets but didn't use a stud finder so they may need to be repositioned.

The installer will be provided with the Kilargo IS8010si and the sealer. The installer will be responsible for all measurements and that the outcome is achieved. A wood sealant is to be applied to all raw surfaces on the bottom of the door prior to installation. The installer will be responsible to ensure that there is no damage to the door or any adjacent area and that the site is left neat and clean. If the door or surrounds require touching up matching paint will be provided. All tools to be provided by the installer.

Installing a shelf on brick wall in spare bedroom and a second shelf in the laundry. Will require a masonry drill and shelves are floating.

Install a dog door in a glass slide door to the outside. There is currently a Cat door there, but it is too small. Same location required. Just a wider hole to fit a new larger square door.

Installing the door seal will require removing the door, cutting off the prescribed amount of wood. Sealing the bottom of the door. Fixing the provided RP4 to the door and the threshold. Adjusting as necessary to ensure the door and seal works properly. Leave site clean.

I have an irrigation system that runs off two taps. One in the front yard and one in the backyard. The system in backyard has six stations running from an old upright garden tap. The line splits into six lines and solenoids. The manifold line is split and needs replacing. I would like to take the opportunity to reconfigure the inlet, removing the tap and creating a better manifold connection. It is currently very difficult to conduct maintenance like solenoid replacement, etc. The system runs off an automatic wi-fi timer that works very well.

I need to select the right replacement handles and switch out the current ones.

Drill in bolts to 2 brick walls to hang a small pull out clothesline on patio. Finish putting together a wooden cot (carpentry skills required). Put up hook to hold metal clock in plasterboard near electrical board.
