Ceiling fan remote receiver needs replacing and 2 wall plug outlets need replacing

4 alloy wheels have light -ish Scratch marks, gutter marks plus one alloy has scratches around the centre cap. I’ve only owned the car for 3 weeks. Previous owner damage.

I have a new curtain rod and 4 hanging support metal things that need screwing into the wall. See pictures for a better idea :)

I need assistance with repairing some damage on the side of my house. Specifically, water has seeped into the area under the gutter, causing the soffit to rot and split. The tasks required are as follows: - Replace Damaged Soffit: The soffit under the gutter needs to be replaced. - Install New Down Pipe: There is already a spot in the ground for a drainpipe intake, and I need a new down pipe installed to connect the gutter to the drain intake. Note that there is no downpipe connector at the gutter currently, so one will need to be added. Reseal Gutters: The corners of the house where two parts of the gutter join are leaking and need to be resealed (5 places) Paint Newly Installed Soffit: Paint the newly installed soffit (paint will be supplied). Requirements: Use your own tools. Organise and purchase any necessary materials (I will reimburse for materials upon receipt). Comfortable working at a height of 3.5 metres from the ground.

Assemble and install 2 Kaboodle wall cabinets (900mm) on the laundry wall. Install a Unilux pedestal drawer under the washing machine. Install a Unilux pedestal drawer under the dryer. Flexible with timing but prefer as soon as possible.

Need a qualified electrician please. Electrically reconnect existing electrical terminators from outside of small garden shed to building wall 10meters away. Need supply and run new conduit with wires which can run along side of fence to join the shed to the wall. Inside the shed this all activates a double power point and light switch which is part of that same power point, but inside shed does not need touching nut is left as is, that is just for information. So the work is all outside rejoining the shed outlet to the wall outlet, Can provide pics. - Due date: Flexible

Front gate at driveway of property has fallen over. Need to loosen two bolts, slide gate back onto hinges and retighten. 10 minute job- i have recently had surgery and am unable to do it myself. I have provided pictures of the job.
