I have a kitchen sink that appears to be leaking from the sink waste/drain assembly. Symptoms: Water is leaking into the cabinet underneath the sink. The leak appears to be coming from the sink waste fitting directly beneath the drain. The seal between the sink and waste assembly may have failed or loosened. Photos are attached. Looking for an experienced plumber or handyman who can: Inspect the leak. Re-seat or tighten the waste assembly if required. Replace seals/gaskets and re-seal the sink waste if necessary. Confirm there are no further leaks.
