Hello. The screen door to my apartment is getting caught near the top. As shown in the photos, if I close the door with some effort, the top still pokes out and I have to press it into the door frame. I need help fixing it. Both the door and frame it sits in are metal. There is a parking bay you can use in the apartment building. I'm located in East Perth and am available weekends, nights or all day tomorrow (thursday). Please let me know how much it will cost :)

Bought some Veneta honeycomb blinds. Need 4 blind brackets put in concrete ceiling and blinds put up. Each bracket requires 2 screws. It’s an apartment but can organise parking for you.

The 1920s fireplace backs onto this ex-kitchen ‘fireplace’ . We’ve noticed the timber panel at the back of the fireplace ( in the Lounge) has started to ‘smoulder’. Need to remove the panel , insert a fireproof sheet and replace the panel. You provide the labour, I’ll provide the parts. Some understanding of 1920s fireplaces would help.

Install a metal hook into the ceiling of the alfresco area - to hold a mobile so only a couple of kilos weight. Also hang a series of small concrete artworks into the outside wall (not heavy, about 1 kilo each). Image shows concrete ceiling where the hook is to go, and wall through to other side where the smaller artworks will go.
