Find an experienced handyman in Dalkeith

Looking for a bricklayer/builder.. We want to have 2 things built in our garden - fireplace as well as a built-in barbecue/outdoor kitchen area . We have got plans done , and a deed to comply from the council and I have an owner-builder license, The only thing we are waiting on is the council building approval, which should be in the next four weeks. Someone who could start soon after we receive this would be ideal. . I have attached pics. Some of these are 3D concept drawings to give an approximate idea of what we have in mind. The second lot of pics are the draftperson drawings, which give the exact dimensions we want. We would like a brick layer to do them. If we could find someone able to do the stone cladding as well, that would be ideal, but not essential.( We have chosen a cultured stone from Midland. Brick called profit southwest blend ledgerstone . Not sure if we need a stonemason for this or not). In terms of the counter top on the barbecue, - I would get this done separately. I can also organize a plumber and ellectrician to do the attachments for the sink/tap and the power for the bar fridge as shown. I have given a price for labor only. The idea is that we would supply all the materials but I am happy to do it other ways e.g. airtasker supply and coordinate everything (or a mixture of both).

The gate is not closing unless manually pushed closed due to its poor alignment - the top part of the gate is getting caught preventing it from closing. In the photos, you can see where it is rubbing up tightly along the latch - white scuff marks. The tension is fine as it moves towards closing and the self latch system will work once the gate is pushed in to a closed position. Need repaired as soon as possible. Please reply if you confidently know you can fix it. Thanks

Two awnings on side of house, need to be removed from external wall so windows can be painted above. The awnings will need to be reinstalled a few days later at a time that suits you. Owner of the house is nervous about wall being damaged so the removal and reinstallation needs to be smooth.

The trampoline's cords are broken and need to be repaired. Additionally, the trampoline requires maintenance, including applying a coating oil to make it more elastic.
