Install an internal non load bearing wall around 6m wide (5.9m to be exact). Wall needs to be finished with paint. Light switches moved to service each room. Need cornice to match with existing ceiling cornice and same with skirting boards. Need door installed on left hand side between rooms (ideally a "secret door" where you just push the panel open and it doesnt look to obvious as a door. Need you to source and supply the materials as I dont have time / access to them. Looking to start asap please - faster the better.

The gate is not closing unless manually pushed closed due to its poor alignment - the top part of the gate is getting caught preventing it from closing. In the photos, you can see where it is rubbing up tightly along the latch - white scuff marks. The tension is fine as it moves towards closing and the self latch system will work once the gate is pushed in to a closed position. Need repaired as soon as possible. Please reply if you confidently know you can fix it. Thanks

Two awnings on side of house, need to be removed from external wall so windows can be painted above. The awnings will need to be reinstalled a few days later at a time that suits you. Owner of the house is nervous about wall being damaged so the removal and reinstallation needs to be smooth.
