We have a small gym in Croydon and need some equipment maintenance on a few of our pieces. -Maintenance on 4 x skiers (2 of them need their ropes replaced due to snapping) -Bike repairs to 2 x. Seat is wonky on one, and the other ones handle is continuing to be loose.

I have 2 heated towel rails and I need them installed, hard wired, with timers (I haven't bought the timers yet).

As for my two-storey townhouse. I recently noticed a small amount of water pooling on top of a ceiling fan on the ground floor (see attached photo). The ceiling itself shows no visible water stains, marks, or damage. The fan is located directly underneath an upstairs shower area (not a bathtub or toilet). I suspect there might be a minor leak from the shower drain or waterproofing and water could be slowly seeping down along the fan pipe. I’m looking for a licensed and experienced plumber to fix the problem.

I went into Bunnings to buy the shelves to install, however they told me kaboodle don’t make seperate shelves to add. She suggested to buy melamine particle board and cut them into shape, and buy the silver hooks seperately. I need someone that can help me with custom cutting these pieces to add to my cupboard to enhance storage space. I want maybe 3 or 4 shelves added! Price is not including materials needed of course!!
