Have a plastic toilet seat needs to be replaced. It will need to be purchased from Bunnings. Old one taken off, new one put on. They are two screws to take off, two to put back on. 5 minute job. The property in 5 minutes away from Bunnings. Also need the inlet valve replaced. It’s a 10 minute job.

We are turning our sunroom into a study. The roof does not have a cavity but has exposed beams so we want to put insulation in the gaps between the beams and then enclose the insulation to try and reduce the heat in the room - see photos. The room is 2.7m by 4.2m and we already have the insulation so need a person to supply the gyprock and other materials and create a ceiling so it it ready to paint.
