I need someone to install a doggy door on a wooden door. I have the doggy dog but not the materials needed to make a cut into the door.

Repair or replacement of sliding door handle and roller blind chain. Fee of replacement if needed will be shouldered by me.

Job 1 - Replumb kitchen sink and remove insinkerator. Job 2 - fit bathroom sink tap ware - replace old pipe work with flexi. Replace old spout with new one (provided) to match taps. No parts provided other than new bathroom sink spout.

Old cupboards from 1970s have been removed and the wall/cornice/ceiling now needs resurfacing on two walls. See pictures attached. There may be other odd small plastering jobs through the house that can be added as a separate task once assessed. Please include materials in your quote, or advise how much they will be in addition to labour.

Installed an ornate cornice in hallway, and setting of a few joints The original cornice was removed to allow for relocation of wall. These are rough dimensions. External corner- 500mm - internal corner - 1500mm - internal corner - 700mm to join existing. There is enough of the removed cornice to match the pattern. Also need install of 2m2 of 13mm plasterboard on wall, and setting of this piece, as well as setting a 1.5m length on ceiling. 1 days work. Sanding following day, including sanding of an already set 1.5m2 area. Must have vacuum. You supply cornice adhesive and 1 sheet 2400 x 1200mm x 13mm plasterboard. I’m not interested in offers over what I have posted. I already had somebody locked in at this price. He cannot come due to illness. Hard to post a photo as hoarding in the way. Installation of 3x blinds online Roman blinds: 2 will require hammer drill into brick (face installation) and 1 is a click to fit install (recess installation) Removal of 1x existing roller blind. All chord lift and lower, no electrics. Walls are brick and will require strong drill! I have a small step for height but BYO small ladder is ideal. Install a S track curtain rod in the lounge room and 2 steel curtain Rod in bedroom 1 and 2. Equipment required a step ladder, level and drill. This is a straight forward job and shouldn’t take more than 1 hour. NOTE I have the rods!
