Repair a pergola, cut new beams of wood, throw out the old ones, bring good repair to all of it with your own tools and expertise. There are: 17 width beams; 3 length beams; 6 posts (around 3m high) lengths: +/-2m x 10m. re-thread up a clothes line. The existing clothes line is metal and has rusted, so that it can not be used for hanging up clothes. The winder mechanism is static and not moving, it needs to be opened, and new 38m clothes line wound and tightened on the drum.

The supporting roof membrane (around 8 wood panels) needs replacement (affected by white ants, treatment done). termite damaged timbers that need reinforcing with few new treated timbers along side existing to the bathroom ceiling area, put roof sheets back, bathroom ceiling repair/replace, remove handymans timber post screwed to shower screen , fix back ceiling sheeting and new centre moulding and put flat celling wire to linish.
