Looking for an experienced handyman or door repair specialist to repair a damaged metal door at our childcare centre. Job Details: The bottom of the metal door is coming apart and needs repairing. The glass panel appears to be loose and may come out if not repaired. The rubber/glass seal around the entire glass panel is damaged and needs replacing. The metal frame/trim around the glass has come away from the door and needs to be reattached or replaced. Please ensure the door is safe, secure and fully operational once the repair is complete. This is a childcare centre, so the repair must be completed to a high standard with safety as the priority. Requirements: Experience repairing commercial or metal doors with glass panels. Current Victorian Working with Children Check (WWCC) is essential. Please bring your own tools and advise if any additional parts or materials will be required. Need a concrete slab laid for a garden shed. 2.4m wide x 1.65m length. 100mm slab. Require someone to complete the job from ground prep through to completion of slab. Soil only needs to be levelled vs digging down as happy for the slab to sit higher. There is wheelbarrow access to rear of property but two steps up and down to manage.

Water is leaking from my shower screen in two places and needs resealing: 1. Shower corner - water is coming through the screen itself at the corner join, where the glass panels meet. 2. Shower opening (threshold) - I’ve previously siliconed a silver strip/barrier on the floor at the opening to stop water escaping, but water is now getting through underneath it. This needs to be removed and resealed properly. Looking for someone to: • Remove old/failed silicone from both areas • Clean and dry the surfaces • Apply fresh bathroom-grade silicone sealant to properly waterproof both spots Photos attached showing both problem areas. Should be a straightforward job for someone experienced with wet area/bathroom sealing - likely 45-75 min total for both spots. Happy to discuss if materials need supplying.

Task list: install roller blinds (2) install latch/lock on sliding window (2) remove door lock and swap with dummy. fix loose toilet holder remove toilet bidet(2) replace toilet seat with new(1) fix gate alignment and lock fix laundry door alignment remove tint from a couple of window

Need a handy person out to do the following: 1. Install x2 blinds 2. Install x3 door stoppers 3. Change light - not sure if it’s working so need someone to put a new light tube on it

Shower screen is installed now need someone seal the gap with silicone.

Door lever handle is not responding — the latch mechanism appears to be faulty and needs assessment and repair or replacement. Likely just the latch cartridge. Parts may need to be sourced (standard backset latch, available at Bunnings). Quick job for someone handy.

My sliding door which is on carpet and wood is very problematic and would not open or close easily. Please help fix it so I can slide it open and shut smoothly.
