Fix a clogged kitchen sink

I need my ADP Glacier White 1200mm wide installed behind tiles. I do not need plumbing done. It is wall hung behind tiles. I have photos before tiles and plaster was put up.

The bathroom sliding door is no longer sliding or locking properly. It seems like it may have fallen off its track or there could be an issue with the hinge, but I’m not sure. I need help from someone with carpentry skills or a handyman who can fix it. Let me know if you can assist.
