We need someone to come to stop in some plaster that has been hung, sort out some walls for painting and fill a load of holes in the ceiling. Also want to have skirting board, architraves around the windows and one wall of cornice put in. Basically want to get the whole room ready for sanding and painting.

If the door purchased doesn’t come with the track i’ll buy one from bunnings ahead of time and any other hardware needed to install (or happy for you to if you want to include that in your quote) two types of door options picture as an example. a single wide door or a double door solution. these pics are from the included marketplace listings however the exact door may change pending when the job goes ahead. if pick up of the door isn’t possible I do have one option for a double door set that the seller will deliver direct to me. - Due date: Flexible
