Find an experienced handyman in Bayswater WA

Looking for someone experienced with render repair and exterior painting to tidy up my front porch wall. The wall has some cracks, uneven patches and areas where the render needs smoothing before repainting. Job includes: • Inspect wall for cracks or loose render • Patch and repair damaged areas • Smooth and sand uneven sections • Prime and repaint wall (exterior paint to match house) • Clean up after job The wall is not large (small front porch area including front and side wall). 3 new internal door handles (including striker plate) installed

Remove temporary wall/board and reinstall the original 3 doors in the building. Check that all three doors are correctly aligned, hinges working properly and locks functioning. Adjust frames if required so doors open and close smoothly. Identify the additional door openings that are no longer required and block them up. This will involve framing the opening, installing board/plaster, and finishing the surface so it is flush with the surrounding wall. Ensure the blocked-up areas are structurally secure and sealed properly. Clean up the work area and remove all debris once the job is completed.

I have about 20 windows (of varying sizes from small square windows to a large living area sliding door) to replace. Please provide estimated cost for supply and install. I do not mind a mix of curtains and blinds depending on suitability.

Hills hoist pole has been removed from ground. Pole itself with concreted base needs to be disposed of.

Lay concert slab, 50 cm wide x 6.3 m long in shallow trench between limestone retaining and brick wall of house. The slab and retaining will form the base for two garden sheds to abut the wall of the house. Will need to remove quartz stones from trench first (see photo), to be taken away. The retaining and slab will need to be flush, and the slab will need to ensure the air vents below house are not blocked. Tasker to provide materials. The slab should be properly supported by mesh or other appropriate reinforcement.
