Screen installation • The screen is 3.5 metres wide. • It needs to be mounted to a concrete ceiling slab. • Installer will need to drill into the concrete and install strong anchors/roll bolts and hooks. • The hooks will then connect to the mounting attachments already on the projector screen. • The screen must be mounted level, secure, and capable of safely supporting the full weight of the screen. Projector installation • I also need a projector ceiling mount installed. • I already have the mounting bracket, but it will need to be secured into the concrete ceiling. • Installer should ensure the projector is correctly positioned and aligned with the screen. Requirements • Experience drilling and mounting into concrete ceilings. • Must bring appropriate tools (hammer drill, masonry bits, etc.). • Must supply appropriate hardware if needed (e.g., roll bolts, anchors, heavy-duty hooks). • Installation should be clean, secure, and professionally finished. Second one where a toilet roll holder has come out of the wall and left a hole, which needs to be reinstalled and patched up. The third one is a small patch up around a hand rail anchor point on the stairwell. Patch up areas then require re-painting.
