3 small plaster repair jobs. First one due to dimples in the wall from an exercise ball. Second one where a toilet roll holder has come out of the wall and left a hole, which needs to be reinstalled and patched up. The third one is a small patch up around a hand rail anchor point on the stairwell. Patch up areas then require re-painting.

Install 3 Ceiling Fans and remove existing lights. Install them as close to the centre of the ceiling as possible. Scan for timber joists as required. Ceiling access is limited.

2 x frameless shower screens to be installed in 2 new bathrooms. Screen 1 is 1000mm wide by 2100mm high Screen 2 is 1200mm wide by 2100mm high Brackets and silicone supplied. You will need your own tools for drilling etc. Previous experience absolutely necessary! Silicone must be neat. $400 for the pair. Ideally completed on Friday 7th or Saturday 8th.
