Render front boundary wall – Allambie Heights Looking for an experienced renderer to render an existing masonry front boundary wall and newly bricked-in gate opening. Existing wall is painted/rendered and will require appropriate preparation/bonding. There is also a crack that had been repaired. I think it would make sense for that to be meshed before rendering. Looking for a neat sponge-finish render ready for me to paint afterwards. Approx. 13m frontage. Photos available. Materials and all labour to be included in offer. Flexible on timing, but would like completed reasonably soon.

Scope: - Install cornice where it’s currently missing at ceiling/wall junctions (see photos) — approx 8m total across multiple rooms - Patch and finish the gap and cracked plaster where the wardrobe meets the wall - Match existing cornice profile and paint finish where possible - Leave surfaces ready for a touch-up coat of paint (painting not required) - Price must include materials I’ve attached photos showing the areas that need work, including a corner with a damaged join above a built-in wardrobe.

The top corner of the window flyscreen has popped out. It’s on the 2nd floor, and we don’t have a big enough ladder to reach it safely. Could someone please take a look? I’d prefer not to just push it back in, as it may pop out again. I’m hoping for a more permanent fix, possibly replacing the flyscreen if it’s a sizing/fitting issue. It also doesn’t have any pull tabs, which makes it impossible to pull it in from inside when it pops out. Please provide a quote if you can help.

The cord to open and close my vertical blind got stuck. I’ve tried to fix it myself but it’s probably worse than when I started. Probably a 10 minute job for someone who knows what they are doing! (I don’t know what this would cost to fix - so I’m after quotes.)

Need 2 tiles cut, glued, waterproof and siliconed - I have the tiles at home. Door frame needs to be fixed as door doesn’t close properly. Patching gyprock holes. Attic door - needs a gyprock sheet places on it and fill the nail holes and all painted white to match the ceiling.
