I need handyman to fix/replace roof tiles ( couple of them) and remove debris roof areas for water block. Also replace 4 globs white colou and, one door lock. Please see attached screenshot for details. You would need work on top of the floor to get this work done.

Replace a span of guttering. Already have a pre painted span ready to go. There is a pergola adjacent to gutter but access is fine. Don’t want it patched, want section cut out and new span cut in, ensuring levels are running correct and waterproofed at seams. Around 3.7m to 4m in length Blue arrow in below aerial. Red arrow was a previous job which went well but that tasker is busy on a bigger project. That job was priced to provide materials. I can provide span, but any additional materials such as clips need to be included or called out as part of offer

My gutters haven’t been cleaned for a few years and they’re starting to overflow. The gap between the roof tiles and the gutter isn’t very wide so it’s hard to get into. I would say it’s about 2 to 3 inches wide. I need them cleaned, particularly around my pergola in the backyard

It appears like two linear crack that has developed, which is leading to water spilling down along the exterior wall and the usual green spots appearing. I believe this looks more like a patch repair over a replacement of gutter. This is flush with a pergola with poly roofing on it. The third job which you dont need to quote for, is that a strip of gutter on the pergola is pooling at the wrong end. Open to either putting in an additional downlpipe or rectifying the gradient of the gutter to flow the right way. Can upsell that on site.

The gutters at the front of the house are holding water. It's a colorbond roof so clips needs adjustment and might need few new clips to be installed. Due to the holding water on top 2 quad brackets are leaking which needs to be taken off and sealed properly.

The roof gutters needs to be realigned towards the down pipe and seal two spots with silicone.

Guttering/down pipe on side of house is draining slowly. Need plumber with camera/jet to clear blockage.

I need a downpipe installed to my gutter. I circled the location in blue. The down pipe can be installed with the house wall (Green Line) Or The down pipe can be installed with the pergola (Blue Line) This is a second down pipe, so I don't mind if water goes on concrete or soil.
