Connect to the existing stormwater system on site; exact connection route and detail to be determined by the installer on site. • Drainage / projection: roof falls away from the house into the continuous outer gutter. Finished projection may extend slightly beyond the nominal 1200 mm to accommodate the fascia/edge and gutter. Gutter fall is independent of the 1 degree roof fall. 1. Install Roof Insulation (Alfresco Area 5mx4m) Install supplied insulation in the alfresco roof area. Use any leftover material to top up insulation above the glass sliding door/living room. Access via roof space. 2. Replace Existing Gutter (Approx. 5 m Section) Remove and replace around 5 m of existing guttering with a larger-capacity 175 mm Quad gutter with overflow slots, colour Surfmist. Ensure proper fall (>25mm) towards the downpipe and secure all fixings for good drainage. 3. Fix Water Overflow – Alfresco Corner Remove roof sheets as needed to inspect possible water overflow above the alfresco corner. Remove debris and adjust roof sheet as required to prevent further water ingress. Install side-wall flashing all around the brickwork and roof sheets to stop water entering the cavity, then reinstate roof sheets securely. 4. Re-secure Front Elevation Flashing (Behind Front of House) Seal and fix the loose front brick elevation flashing located between the top of the brickwork and the box gutter. Flashing is currently lifting and needs to be re-anchored to prevent wind noise. 5. Investigate and Stop Roof Tapping Noise (Master Bedroom) During strong winds, a tapping noise occurs above the first east-side window in the master bedroom. Lift roof sheets and Anticon insulation to inspect. Add or tighten fixings to battens/joists as needed, and re-secure sheets properly to eliminate the noise. Flexible timing in the next few weeks. I have existing insulation to use. You will need to supply the new gutter and fixings. Have marked the first photo in red with the areas of work required.

We have 2 gutter pipes that are just dropping water straight onto the ground, I would like to have IBC rainwater tanks there instead. Would prefer food grade ibcs and materials included, would need to set up an overflow to nearby garden beds as well.

Gutters need clearing as they aren't draining properly. One of the down pipes not actually connected to a stormwater drain. Mould growth on the timber fascias so think those need replacing. Suggest repairing the eaves too. Hoping for some quotes to get an idea of cost.
