He then asked if there was any other work that needed to be done. Upon completion of the job he sent through pictures of the problems. I’m looking for someone experienced to prep and paint my metal front fence, side fences, and the gutters around the house. The fences are black metal fences around a single-storey house, with a total fence length of approximately 40 metres and a height of 1.5 metres. The gutters run around the house (see photos). The fence and gutters have some wear and fading and need a refresh. The job will involve surface preparation (cleaning, light sanding if required), followed by painting to achieve an even, tidy finish. Paint colour for the fence will be black (same or similar to current). I need to get my annual gutter clean done. Double story house. I'd also like to see if you can address the noisy dripping from the downpipes that continues for hours and hours after the rain stops. I have read many home solution ideas like hanging something like rope, chain or fibreglass fishing tape in the downpipe to reduce the dripping. Job would include ensuring it is not a debris issue and then installing something to stop the dripping.
Very friendly to deal with, a great job and he even offered to do some extra work because the job took a little longer than expected. You don’t see that often! A few weather impacted reschedules, but Garry always kept up comm’s so we could arrange a suitable alternate time.
