Looking for someone to please replace the rotted timber near the gutter as per these two photos

An external drain down pipe needs to be fitted to an existing section of roofing gutter drain (running from top of wall to ground). Pipe work needs to be aded from end of drain to garden area. A strip of edging needs to be cut and fitted to the edge of a tile floor in a doorway.
