1) connect an outdoor tap: 3/4 inch copper pipe (Currently sealed off, but does leak) to a 20mm smartex pipe (Photots 1 & 2); 2) another similar coupling from Copper 20mm smartex pipe; 3) add taps to hot & cold water taps to hot water system setup (outdoors); (Photo 6) 4) Run piping for hot & cold water to veranda area, seal off ends for taps to be added - lets discuss options; and 5) replace/repair gutter downpipe bottom sections that feed into underground drainage system. (Photos 3 - 5)

Replacing a cracked tile and gutters cleaned - Due date: Flexible

Maintenance required on a. one corner of house where the roof meets veranda roof. Looks like the gutter downspout is blocked and the rain water at that point is leaking into soffit and from there into the walls / window. The cause looks like blocked gutter but not sure. b. Second corner - blocked gutter downspout causing the water to leak through fascia (doesn't leak into soffit).
