During very heavy downpours water is pushing back and entering the internal areas around the areas of the red circles. Suspect either flashing around chimney or too much water build up on the same area of gutter which does appear to be slightly dipped.

I’m putting in a drainage pipe for a patio. There is a guttering drain in the ground that I need the draining pipe connected to, to allow run off Photo attached of the guttering pipe in the ground.
