I have a few small leaks in my gutters that cause dripping when it rains. As shown in the first three images, water drips from specific points along the gutter. Additionally, there is a broken section of the gutter, as shown in the fourth image, which also needs to be repaired. I am looking for someone to inspect the gutters, identify the leak points, and fix them. This may involve patching, sealing, or replacing the damaged section.

While doing a repointing , the roofer mentioned there was a few cracked tiles, but did not need replacing. Since we had this heavy rain, I noticed a couple of wet patches. Some airconditioning work was carried this week and one of the guy said there was no hole,, but cracked tiles in that area. I have 8 spare tiles roof tiles.
