Find a professional gate installation in Williams Landing

Large back gate has become so warped, with no proper lock, it needs to be fixed. The sides where the gate is supposed to be flush are wooden timbers that have warped, making it impossible to shut. There is also a very large space under the gate currently blocked with an unsightly piece of timber.

Already coloured concrete in place, need exposed aggregate concrete on top.

I have a canopy rangehood in my kitchen which vents externally through the wall. See photos. The problem is even if i have the fan on medium, the smell stills go upstairs in the house in all the rooms where it lingers for a few hours. I don't think the rangehood is extracting. When it is on, i can go outside where the vent is and I can feel air and smell coming out. So the fan is working. I am hoping someone can help me investigate what is wrong with my rangehood and maybe have a deeper look at the ducts and check whether the ducts are fully connected on each ends to the external vent.
