we took gate off to re do concrete driveway, we put gate to side it needs to be lifted there are 2 and they need to be slid back onto hinges it just slide down on to them, not hard. Gates are quite heavy would require 2 men to lift not to damage concrete etc. Once done a NEAT hole needs to be drilled with a hammer drill the same thickness as rod, into concrete to slide rod down so gates are secured and do not move around. I need this old wooden gate placed in front of this floor to ceiling glass door. Either hung from the wall above or perhaps placed into a freestanding frame specially made for it. You can see the bracket on the back from the last time it was hung on a wall. This time I want to use it in place of blinds though. If we go with the freestanding base option, it’ll need to be made approx 36cm higher than it is to reach the top of the window. That’s a priority. Need gate mounted and checked in to wooden posts. Width of gate 1000mm, width of gap in between posts 1200mm.

Good day. I am looking to replace colourbond fencing with the same for a section between house and garage. First section is 1.6m wide (house to post) and 1.8m high. Second section is 2.9m wide (post to garage) and also 1.8m tall. A post will need to be added to break this 2.9m section into two - one side can be fixed panels and the other side a gate which is the primary reason for wanting to replace the fence. Im okay for the current 3 posts to remain (house, garage and between the two) and ill repaint those grey, unless there is an efficient way to replace them with new posts. (garage post likely needs replacing to attach gate to) Current fence is painted white - looking for dark grey. (fyi the budget is purely a very rough estimate as airtasker requires me to input something)
