Colorbond steel side access gate needs fixing. Latch is misaligned with the striker and has pulled out of the metal. I suspect the gate itself may need realignment, or latch/striker repositioned so it closes properly. Looking for a proper fix, not just re-screwing. New latch needs to be provided. Photos attached

I have a Colorbond fence and its gate has come off the hinge. Need the hinge to be repaired (riveted or screwed) and the gate fixed. Also need to be able to lock the gate from outside. Currently it can only be locked from inside

Old metal gate has 1 rusted shut hinge and the other hinge has snapped. The pin in both has rusted and fused. Also the bolt has rusted and does not turn going into the fence. Require old hinges to be removed from the fence and gate and new hinges *2 installed. Will require most likely a metal grinder to cut off old hinges that were welded. Welding equipment, to weld new hinges on. A drill that can drill into the steel gate as the bolt holes do not exactly align with the previous hinges.
