Install gate in driveway. I've purchased a gate second hand to fit in our driveway. The gate was installed in a space 2m wide. Our driveway space is 2.2m wide. Likely need to install posts to help secure the gate. Happy for you to advise what is necessary! The gate will be installed between the side of our house and the fence. The cement pavers and metal poles on the ground will be removed and cleared for the gate install. I've included photos of our driveway and photos of the gate at its previous installed location. Airctasker I have a set of gates in my garden which no longer close properly. The gates provide access from my drive way into my back garden. I suspect the side posts may need to be repositioned. The latch also needs replacing. Please see attached photo. Probably best to take a look at the job.

Hi, please quote me on building a side gate to keep my dog in. One side is a wooden fence, the other aluminium-covered weatherboard. Havent measured the width yet but it's not more than 1.5metres max. Would be good if it was 1.5-2 metres high in case dog jumps. I live in West Footscray.
