Hi there, Our building inspector suggested we get a licensed plumber in to check out a damp issue at the property my partner and I are looking to buy. There are a couple of leaks in the bathroom, from the shower head, between the shower screen and the wall, and the main concern is the dampness showing up in the bedroom wall (right next to the bathroom) we’re not sure what’s causing it. I have purchased two baby gates ready to install at my home. Need a handy man to do the installation. The gates come with clips, screws etc but need someone handy to install. Will be fixed to plaster wall, stair case rail and a brick wall so mix drilling required. Need someone who knows what they’re doing fixing things to walls

Remove existing spacers used to secure pet divider to wall, then re-secure pet divider to wall using either two small timber blocks or one vertical piece of timber to plug the gap between divider and wall and using bigger screws and plugs than existing, so the wall hooks do not come off the wall. See photos.

Handyman needed to install child safety gate at top of stairs. You’ll need a masonry drill to drill thru gyprock and brick. Full instructions provided.

My driveway entry gate is not functioning properly and needs attention/service. It’s an automatic sliding gate powered by a Tau K100M motor. See photos. The gate will not open without manual effort as the cog on the motor will not grip on the gate frame (to pull and slide it open). It closes no problem. I have a video that shows this clearly. I’ve examined the parts and there doesn’t appear to be any wear and tear causing this.

I have 3 outdoor metal gates (1 front entrance gate and 2 side gates) that need adjustment. They were all working fine before, but due to minor alignment shifts over time, they’re no longer closing properly. All hinge are same type as pictured. The front gate is now very tight and difficult to operate. The two side gates aren’t closing or latching properly. Looking for someone experienced who can realign and adjust the gates so they open and close smoothly again.

Hey team! We have space for our dogs underneath our stairs which we need a safety door / gate installed, it has to be one that allows airflow for the dogs when they sleep at night. The issue is - the baby gate we have doesn’t fit the minimum requirement (620 wide door) and i am not a handyman whatsoever We are needing someone to make up a custom gate either using what we already have or something new (open to suggestions) I am also aware of this being a bit more expensive if extra things are needed to be purchased. I need assistance replacing the rotten wood and re-hanging a gate that has collapsed. The wood on each side of the gate that is attached to the fence and the house is completely rotten and needs replacing and re-attaching. The gate will then need to be re-hung and aligned. The gate and each bit of wood that it is attached to are approximately 210cm tall.
