The wall and pillar on one side of the front gate are tilted by the tree roots, which makes the door unable to close on one side. We need someone to demolish the existing pillar and retaining wall (1 meter), straighten the door pillar, and then rebuild it with bricks. We have an existing CB-19 Swing Gate controller, with a keypad, that has reached end-of-life and requires replacement. The keypad is broken and we'd like a new keypad, along with a current product (probably a DCB-05 from Automation Technologies) to be supplied and installed. A few more details on the current configuration that needs to be carried over: * The gates operate in both standard and pedestrian mode * There are about 6 remote controls that would need to be connected to the new system * There is a pad in the garage (which largely operates the garage door) that also needs to be connected to the gate unit (so we can open the gates from the same pad) * The gates are connected to our driveway lights, turning on the lights when the gates are opened. Not essential, but helpful: the weather strip at the bottom of our garage door requires replacement, so bonus if you're able to do this at the same time. Thank you!
