Gas stove works. But not the ignition. Flow seems weird and some of dials aren’t working

My dishwasher is acting up, but it could quite likely be user error, so I just need you to have a look at it and give an opinion. Understand, we might eventually need to make a service call, but would like plumber opinion first. I have a gutter on the second level of my terrace that might need cleaning. The igniter has stopped working. I can hear the gas flow but there is no spark to light it. I has been cleaned already without success so it likely needs a compatible igniter replacement

I am getting a new gas cooktop, but I don't know if the new cooktop will fit. I need a gas plumber to safely be able to measure it and lift it up to also measure the cutout dimensions, including from the cutout edges to the walls/front so I can know what will fit. I do not have the user manual or know the model as the current cooktop is 30 years old and so can't look up the specifications online.

A new gas stove needs to be installed, the old pipe needs readjusting in order for the new oven to fit in. we need to put a step in the gas line of about 20-30mm to allow the oven to fit in The toilet connections are all 1/4 inch and so is the side inlet in the cistern. The connection from the bidet is a 1/2 inch and we need a suitable splitter.

As far as I can tell, the cut out size should be fine for the new cooktop, that requires 860 by 490

Miele stovetop stopped working. Electric part is not working, stove operates when we use an open flame to ignite it. There is no clicking sound when the knob is turned. There is also a strong burning smell after we use it.

It doesn't catch fire, it should be the temperature sensor that's out of order.

I need to disconnect an old gas stove and block the gas line. No need to remove the gas stove from the property as I have removalists to do that on Wednesday.

Doing kitchen renno and hence need to remove and discard the gas cooktop, and so we need the gas disconnected to the cooktop.
