I am dismantling my Kitchen. Need Sink and Gas connection to be removed. And after kitchen fitting done by carpenter, need to reconnect Sink and gas. 1. Sink will be new 2. Gas top will be old ( same). 3. Except Gas Top one Gas Gyser is on gas in the property ( just for knowledge) 4. Might need Dishwasher in future, just beside the sink, I will leave space for that. Do need any water inlet / outlet points for that?

The external gas pipe and the pipe under the stove need to be replaced. Also requires installation and removal of the gas stove.

We are currently using a freestanding Chef electric oven and are planning to switch to a freestanding Chef gas cooktop/oven used Model: CFG503WBNG. There is an existing natural gas connection in the kitchen, which is currently capped (photo attached). Scope of work: - Attach suitable gas fittings (e.g. elbow/offset as required) and an isolation valve to the existing gas connection after removing the cap. - Connect the Chef gas oven flexible pipe/harness shown in the photo. - Test for gas leaks, gas burners work and ensure it is fully AS/NZS 5601 compliant. - Provide compliance certificate / sign-off as required. - This work must be completed by a licensed gas plumber in South Australia. - The job is required to be done ASAP. Requirements (mandatory) - SA licensed gas plumber. - Ability to certify gas work to AS/NZS 5601. - Own tools and required fittings.
