Looking for a fully qualified, licensed gasfitter to handle a gas pipe relocation and the installation of a second-hand Heat & Glo SL-550TRS-AUC heater and flue. Strictly for gas plumbing, installation, and compliance sign-off. Scope of Work: Gas Line Relocation: Decommission an existing wall furnace gas supply. Relocate the gas line ~4m through framework to the new heater location (underfloor access available via a door in the same room). Flue Inspection & Installation: Inspect a supplied second-hand vertical balanced flue kit to ensure compliance and completeness. Run it through a single-level ceiling and penetrate a standard concrete tile roof, installing correct weatherproof flashing. Commissioning: Connect the gas line, pressure test, and commission the fireplace (pilot, burners, 3-speed fan, remote). Site Conditions: Property: Single-level residential home, concrete tile roof. Access: Wide-open access to the skeleton timber stud frame before front non-combustible face boards are closed up. Power: 240V GPO will be pre-installed inside the cavity. Assistance: Owner will be onsite to provide a second pair of hands to help reduce your labor costs. Requirements: Must hold a current, valid Licensed Plumber & Gasfitter registration with Type A Gas Appliance endorsements. Must provide an official Certificate of Compliance (Gas Safety Certificate) upon completion. Gas compliance certification

Hi all, I’d like some help by a certified gas fitter. I noticed that the existing gas fitting is touching oven when the oven was installed. would someone be able to rereoute or redo the fitting so that it is no longer touching the oven? Photos show space without oven, space with oven installed and adjacent cupboard with gas outlet. more photos available upon request. Thanks, Nik

Install gas log fireplace

Recently removed an old gas heater that has a flue. Replacing with a gas log fire.

Miele gas stove we can ignite burners but takes a bit of effort to keep flames alight. Thermocouple could be an issue but really just guessing.

To cap a gas pipe line (decommissioned fireplace)

Move existing switch valve to end of pipe and remove existing natural gas regulator. Prepare end of pipe to accept hose of new BBQ. Commission new BBQ when outdoor kitchen is installed in mid January.

Small gas leak as the elbow of a fitting as it goes into a ball valve. Down line of the ball valve is the gas hob regulator. Fairly easy access as behind kitchen draws which I will remove.
