I need an accredited plumber to connect gas to three appliances in a newly opened restaurant in Oakleigh. There is a deep fryer, 6 burner gas cooktop and 2 burner gas cooktop. I need the flexible hose and connector also. There are two points already there. One extra point need to be installed.

I need someone to move the instantaneous gas hot water system to another house (1 KM away). Water inlet and outlet already available at the new property, only require gas pipe to be upgraded. - Due date: Flexible

Install a new freestanding gas cooker (supplied). The old upright (already removed) was hooked up underneath, the new replacement is side connected. I’d like the gas line moved approximately 200mm, so it enters through/up the cupboard and then exists through the cupboard and connects into the new cooker. Will need to connect a gas cock, regulator (supplied) and 1200mm flex gas hose to the cooker. Under house access to gas pipe work area possible if required. MUST be a Licensed Plumber and issue a compliance certificate upon completion of this work. Will also be required to perform a gas pressure/leak test before and after the works. >>>> Plumber may also wish to express interest in performing a Gas safety service written report as required by Vic Govt for residential tenancy dwelling, ie safety check on cooker, instantaneous HWS, 2 heaters including Carbon monoxide test. Disconnect gas cooktop & sink on 5th Nov then reconnect & install new ones on 8th Nov after benchtop installation. Old & new cooktop are exactly the same size. Adjustment may be required for plumbing as the new sink is shorter than current one.
