Small gas leak as the elbow of a fitting as it goes into a ball valve. Down line of the ball valve is the gas hob regulator. Fairly easy access as behind kitchen draws which I will remove.

Hi, we are after a licensed plumber to install a new gas heater for a spa. All pipes will be pre plumbed and ready to go. Just need to hook up the new spa gas heater so will attach photos of it. Also need a gas heater to be installed as well outside. See photos attached. This will be finished off at a later date. Can you please advise what size pipes will be needed for both jobs and where trench to be dug. This will all be done prior. Located in Parkdale. Thanks
