Neighbours and I thought we smelled gas on the street so called the gas service. When pressure testing my meter he found a super slow permissible leak. Said that it was negligible and a plumber would just leave it but because he was the authority he had to turn it off. Should be a 5-10min job. Would love to get a plumber to come uncap the metre and turn the gas back on without it costing a fortune.

Pilot light won’t stay on after you release the button. Had a plumber replace the thermocouple with no success, took $400 and nothing has been fixed

One of our wok burner has a problem with its pilot, after turning on momentarily it will turn off on its own. Not sure if there’s a gas leak, but unlikely as there’s no smell.

Tasker will be responsible for the fitting line trench and altering the fitting line to suit the new meter position, and responsible for removing internal hard stand & internal reinstatement.
