I want to disconnect the gas supply to the stove/oven for disposal. The gas copper pipe (right side of stove 60cm above floor, see attached img) must be cut and safely end capped as close to the wall surface as possible, ideally not protruding from wall by more 3cm, as I would like to install a kitchen cabinet 120cm wide, 80cm high in this space. I require a certificate of the gas disconnection. NB. Gas supply still needed to run the hot water system.
