Assist an elderly gentleman to re-lay some pavers and do some tidying up

I am seeking a reliable and efficient service for my large yard in East Fremantle. Tasks could include raking leaves, pruning, garden bed tidy and may include other jobs like removal of cobwebs from outdoor furniture or sweeping verandah. May also include treatment of bricks for weed removal, laying of mulch, and other “as necessary” tasks. I already have a regular mowing service so this task would not be included. Looking for a regular service (possibly fortnightly). I expect it will be a bigger job to commence and whip it into shape! And then for maintenance, perhaps 3 hours/fortnight ongoing. How does this sound and would you like to book and initial session for a walk-though and you can assess to see if this would be a job to suit? I would require an invoice.
