Initial task will require clean up around the home. Shaping trees, hedges. May come to an agreement to populate some space on the front and pond area with new plants. Discussion in physical to be had. I have put down dichondra lawn alternative, it has populated quite well, I’ve tried a few methods to get to to strengthen. The best moving forward would be to keep the clover, cut low and weed the space. So that no seeding can occur. Weekly I’ve been adding a direct diluted spray in nitrogen to boost the dichondra (as it does not get cut) whilst the other weeds are in shock. Green waste bin won’t cover the amount of trimmings from the hedges or bushes.
